These terms cover minhelm.com and sites we host on *.minhelm.app. By creating an account you agree to them. This is not legal advice.

The service

Minhelm is an AI website builder. You describe a site; we generate HTML and publish it at a slug.minhelm.app URL. We host that HTML on our server (behind Cloudflare). Checkout, custom domains, and paid plans are not live yet. Credits are charged from model usage (minimum 1 per AI run), refill each month, and do not roll over. Generation currently uses Clover, a preview model.

Your account

You must use a real email you control and a password of at least 8 characters. Signup and sign-in send a one-time code to that email when mail is configured. You are responsible for activity on the account. Do not share your password or codes.

Your content

You keep whatever rights you have in the prompts you submit. You grant us a licence to store, generate from, and host that material so the product can work. AI output can be wrong, generic, or similar to other output. Review it before you share the live URL. You are responsible for what you publish, including copyright, privacy, and local advertising rules.

Acceptable use

Do not use Minhelm for malware, phishing, child sexual abuse material, or other illegal activity. We may refuse or remove sites that abuse the service or other people.

Third-party embeds

The builder does not embed YouTube, maps, ads, or analytics. The only third-party browser request we make is Google Fonts. If your prompt causes a generated site to include a third-party widget, that service may set cookies and collect data — you are responsible for those embeds.

Plans and money

Paid upgrades are shown on Plans as future pricing. We do not charge you today. See Refunds.

Availability

We aim to keep the builder and published sites up, but we do not promise uninterrupted service or that every generation will succeed.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Minhelm is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or damages that come from using generated pages or downtime. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example death or personal injury from negligence, or fraud).
